I remember it like it was yesterday, I filled out my paperwork in the morning and was in the kitchen doing training by the afternoon. I went through 8 weeks of in store training: learning the recipes, culture. I can't believe five years ago has flown by so fast. I do get to work with some of the best people and really think we are changing the way the world eats and thinks about fast food.Here is a photo of me doing a guacamole cooking demo with kids at Selby Library in Sarasota.
