So my FIL (Father-In-Law) assisted us by helping put in a new fan in our master bathroom. The other one was entirely too noisy and didn't do much fanning. He also helped introduce our garage door to WD-40. Again, miracle. Our garage door closing/opening sounded something like a dying cat and nails on a chalk board. Lots of squirts of WD and magic... nice smooth close. Perfection.
